For those visitors with sight problem, State PSC Office has a feature that will transformed text to voice or speech.

1. Before you can use this component you have to install MS Speech API. If you use Windows2000, most likely, your system already has the necessary components.
2. You also need to install Microsoft synthetic voices . Please make sure to install MS Speech API first and followed by Microsoft synthetic voices.
3. Finally install Sayzme and there you go, just open sayzme and select the text from our website and sayzme will read for you. Please click here for complete instruction to use this component.
For Color Blind Users
There are several color choices in the space provided on each page of the Web site. User can select a color from the color selection and State PSC Office's menu will change the color immediately.
For Senior Citizen Users
State PSC Office provides facility to resize font. A+ and A- could be obtained at the top column of each of the State PSC Office's page. Users can choose whether to enlarger or reduce text size on a page according to their preferences.
